I had a previous shoulder replacement 10 years ago by a different Dr., so he had to extract prosthetic ball in order to perform the reverse replacement. He answered all my questions; so well that I didn't even have any to ask. He explained the procedure and care so well. Also, Dr. Krishnan's staff, and all of the hospital staff at Baylor Scott and White were absolutely exceptional!
