MOVE: We conduct extensive movement efficiency and performance diagnostic testing—collecting, analyzing and processing hundreds of data points to develop a unique game plan that matches each athlete’s current skills and unlocks their athletic potential.
PERFORM: Most of our game plans center on maximizing athletic performance through neuromuscular control and proper biomechanical movement to prepare young athletes for the demands of their activities. We focus on enhancing strength, power, speed, agility, work capacity, movement efficiency, balance and coordination.
RECOVER: Using innovative technology and techniques, we ensure that youth athletes recover properly so they are ready for the next training session or game. We focus on coaching proper behaviors that allow the body to rest and revitalize. Our recovery zone includes hot and cold plunge pools, cryotherapy, vibration and compression therapy and sleep pods.
