Very good from beginning to ending. . . went over thoroughly and patiently the options available, as well as his prognosis and recommendation.

Very professional; explained my care where I could understand. Took time when I had a problem to sit down and explain what we could do about it.

He was precise, and direct in covering the details I needed to make a clear decision. He provided the services I needed, and celebrated with me over the success and recovery I experienced.

He was very thorough and looked at all of my MRI results and examined me as well. Talked about options for what I could do to try to help my problem.

Dr Rahm & staff were caring, helpful, and took pains to see that I understood what was being discussed. Dr Rahm explained that surgery was not an option for me, and discussed the reasons, the alternatives that are available to me and offered any help that he could give me at any future time I might need him. I really liked him and his assistant. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone with a problem that he might be able to address.

He was rude and not helpful. He didn\'t want to help me but also didn\'t want to refer me to another provider who could. I left him feeling depressed and defeated. He has to be the worst Dr. I have ever seen in my 68 years of life. Even if he could help me I would not let him operate on my back. I would not trust him. My foot Dr., not associated with S&W, referred me to Physical Therapy since Dr. Rahm refused to do so.

Dr. Rahm discussed a major surgery with my husband and myself. He answered our questions at that time. Dr. Rahm suggested that we discuss my options and if we had questions come up send them through My Chart which I did and we got a response in less than 72 hours. Now we have to weigh the options and get back with Dr. Rahm when we agree on a decision.
