We will be providing COVID-19 vaccines for patients 6 months to 11 years old on the 4th Saturday of every month. Currently, we will only be offering the Moderna vaccines for this patient population as a 2-vaccine series. At this time, online scheduling is not available for this age group, however appointments can be made by calling 1.844.BSW.VACC (1.844.279.8222). We expect online scheduling to be available through MyBSWHealth in the coming weeks.

Baylor Scott & White Urgent Care – Southlake treats patients 6 months and older for a variety of illnesses and injuries and is pleased to provide the communities of Southlake, Grapevine, Trophy Club and beyond with quality medical care in a comforting environment.

The providers here at our urgent care center in Southlake specialize in emergency medicine and offer extended hours seven days a week for patients in need of immediate care now, instead of later.

Urgent care services

Here at our Southlake urgent care clinic, we provide immediate care for patients ages 6 months and older for:

  • Allergies
  • Cold and flu
  • Upper respiratory infections
  • Fever
  • Ear complaints/earaches
  • Eye irritation and redness
  • Rashes and skin problems
  • Sore throat or cough
  • Vomiting and/or diarrhea
  • Urinary tract infection (UTI)
  • Bites and stings
  • Minor broken bones/fractures
  • Minor burns
  • Cuts and scrapes
  • Strains and sprains
  • Camp, school and sports physicals
  • Flu shots

Some concerns are not appropriate for urgent care centers, so please visit the emergency room for:

  • Difficulty breathing
  • Heavy bleeding
  • Heart attack
  • Seizures
  • Stroke
  • Sudden difficulty speaking
  • Sudden severe headache
  • Sudden change in vision
  • Weakness or paralysis

  • Pay by mail

    To ensure that your payment is properly applied to your account, detach the slip from your Baylor Scott & White billing statement and return the slip with your payment. If paying by check or money order, be sure to include your account number on the check or money order.

    Please mail payment to the address listed on your statement.

  • Pay by phone

    Payments to HTPN can be made over the phone with our automated phone payment system 24 hours a day, seven days a week. All payments made via the automated phone payment system will post the next business day. Please call 1.866.377.1650.

    If you need to speak to someone about a bill from a Baylor Scott & White Hospital, our Customer Service department is available to take payments over the phone from Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and can be reached at 1.800.994.0371.

  • Pay in person

    Payments can be made in person at the facility where you received services.
