Fusionetics

Nearly half of all sports injuries to middle and high school students are due to overuse/ non-contact incidents. Many of these injuries are preventable if risk factors are identified and proper training programs are implemented.

The most common risk factors for non-contact injuries are:

  • Previous injury
  • Poor movement efficiency and control
  • Asymmetries in flexibility, movement and strength between right and left sides of body

Fusionetics utilizes an efficient three-step process to measure and monitor movement, performance and recovery status – which are directly linked to injury risk and on-field performance potential.

For more information on Fusionetics, contact 512.654.4199.
