after my bariatric surgery I had Tammy Dobbs for after care...she has been very rude and lack interest in my issues and not to mention leaving me in the room for over an hour. Because of her I stop doing my after care...this final time again she ignored my questions about an issue I was having. I will not be doing anymore visits if I am connected to her

I was there for a follow-up following a major surgery and when I shared 2 medical concerns that have suddenly started, which could be directly related to post op, up her only response was to go to my primary doctor. Also, never has it ever been discussed what my goal weight is, how much I should be losing each month to be on track, or anything. The appt just consisted of asking if I\'m taking my vitamins, if I can eat, if I drink water, and if I exercise. The entire appointment was basically just questions to type into her notes during the appointment.

Had to wait quite some time for her to check with surgeon on plan of care. Was told that I was being admitted and then spent the rest of the day in the clinic on a very uncomfortable and very cold exam table before being sent home.

Ms Dodds is obviously there to just collect a paycheck! No compassion shown. Her callous personality would be best suited working in the morgue.

had labs done and I sent a message after I saw some abnormal results. never got message back or phone call, but after 3 days I happened to look in mychart at my RX list and saw she sent in a new RX. It may not be providers fault- she could\'ve asked one of her nurses to follow up with me via mychart or phone and they didn\'t follow through. Either way it doesn\'t look good on the office overall.

I was rushed I really didn\'t know much about what to do as far as how much liquid intake I really needed and how much protein or cslories. I ended up really sick on my third day thinking I should go to the er I thought I was dehydrated but I called the nurse help line she said after asking me lots of questions that I needed calories so my husband went to Sonic and got me a big milkshake boy did it help.. I feel I should have been better informed before I left.. of course I thought that after I left.. I was still shocked to find out my lap and was being blocked.. and had to be drained.. she didn\'t seem to me to be wanting to be the one to stick the needle in my stomach to drain my band which made me so nervous!! she left at first to find someone else to do it but I\'m guessing she didn\'t find anyone? so she did it she acted a bit shaken and that didn\'t help me feel confident. any way she told me 2 weeks liquid diet handed me a paper and left said good by.. I felt worried..the nurse on the help line said she would have the PA call me? haven\'t heard friends om her? it\'s been 11 days now???

I reported tenderness in my abdomen following my surgery and the provider didn\'t even touch the area, she merely looked at the incisions and said everything looks normal. I felt rushed out of the office and like it was a waste of my time.
