Dr. Reynolds was very caring and interested in the details of the condition that lead to the referral for me to see him for my health care.

Dr. Reynolds helped find a fix to a problem that other Doctors have been trying to do for 5+ years. He\'s definitely the Neurologist for me.

The doctor would ask me a question and then begin talking over me before I had even answered the question. I had several questions I wanted to ask and he wouldn\'t even listen to me. I had to wait over 2 months for this appt. because I had to be referred by my primary doctor. This doctor was....not polite and didn\'t answer any of my questions. I felt like he was rude and he had this whole thing about himself where he seemed very important. When checking out at the front desk there were two women and one male and when I mentioned that, they all turned around and each said - "No one likes him." "He gets a lot of complaints." And the best answer the clerk said was, "He\'s not good at what he does." Can\'t wait for my follow up appt.

very arrogant and full of himself. had odd mannerisms. would not be quiet long enough for us to tell him what we have been experiencing. he was very clearly unfamiliar with my records and was unprepared for the visit. Hoping we can change to a different neurologist. this was a first visit with the doctor since Dr D left who we looooved. I will tell people to avoid Reynolds.

I have a history of seizures and I was trying to find another doctor because my other doctor left their practice. This doctor seemed like he would not listen to what I was trying to explain what I had been thru before, so it could make it easier for him to understand. I was getting very frustrated during the visit and I was about to walk out. I am also SHOCKED that the Bryan/College Station area DOES NOT have that very many Neurologists. They need to transfer some from Temple or somewhere else because this is getting ridiculous! I have no idea now where I am going to go and get help for my seizures.

My husband has seen many doctors at Scott and White over the years and was always treated with respect, concern and compassion until this visit with Dr Reynolds. Over the past 8 years every doctor has encouraged him to keep trying and given him hope that he could make improvements after his stroke. Dr Reynolds took away every bit of that hope in one visit. This was our first visit with him as he replaced Dr Damodarem who was always wonderful to my husband. after this visit with Dr Reynolds my husband has been extremely depressed and upset. Dr Reynolds was rude, unconcerned and told my husband he was wasting his time. After the wonderful care he has received from all the other Scott and White doctors that he has seen in the past and the others that he still sees, we were shocked that this person would even be affiliated with Scott and White. I pray that he doesn\'t treat all his patients the way he treated my husband.

I am a 45 year old with chronic medical issues. I have been under medical treatment for 42 years. I have had 3 strokes, a knee replacement, and juvenile myoclonic epilepsy. Dr. Reynolds came in for about 20 minutes and told me my strokes were caused from high blood pressure, which they were not, that I was misdiagnosed with JME, which I was not, and that he didn\'t need to see me anymore because I had not had any recent strokes. He also did not let me finish with my explanations or care to listen to my concerns. I cancelled my follow-up and am looking into seeing another neurologist. I was VERY dissatisfied.

I feel like he could be better if he actually listens to the patient. The patient can only explain the problem the best way they think they can. He should know being a doctor sometimes you don\'t know the answer or something could be easily missed. Instead of making the patient feel bad or crazy. Things like that could make the patient depressed if not suicidal. I\'m just glad I\'m a strong person.

this care provider is great. I only complaint is the amount of time it take to get an appointment with a specialist doctor at Scott and White.
