I was late for my appointment and they said I had to reschedule. I was fine with this. After 10 minutes of trying to find the next available appointment which was over a month out.At this point I asked if I could just wait and see if they could fit me in. She said it would be a while because they had already take the 9:00 back at the 8:15 mark. I asked why they couldn\'t just reschedule me for the 9:00 then. 45min later a nurse finally came out to say they would do that. ( good thing I asked because they made no effort to offer the obvious). When I finally got to see the Dr he refused to listen to what I was telling him. He wouldn\'t listen to my list of symptoms (my primary Dr told me to keep a journal of for this visit). He said if there was any thing else for him to work up it would need to be in the referral. He asked what I did for a living to which I said " I work for a veterinarian". He then proceeded to tell me that unlike vets they don\'t look at the whole patient- he is a specialist not general practitioner. At that point I just quit talking and only answered his questions. He then ordered an MRI that I told him I had had done already- he never looked at it. He wrote orders for me to see an ophthalmologist despite the fact that I told him repeatedly I had just seen mine prior to this visit. He then gets up to leave the room and as an after thought tells me he ordered some bloodtest. As we walked down the hall to leave I ask what for. He said several test, specifically Miacenia Gravis. This was the first he had mentioned this. Good thing I do work for a vet so I had some idea what that was. I have since gotten my results back via MyChart with no comments and no idea what I should do next. Apparently blurry vision after a normal eye exam is no big deal to Dr Reynolds. I will be sure to let everyone know. Even my primary Dr was at a loss

I have no lack of confidence in Dr. Reynolds clinical abilities, but after multiple visits I consistently struggle to feel that my health is valued or taken seriously. I am considering switching to another neurologist to avoid frustration from condescending and passive aggressive comments experienced during my visits.

Dr. Reynolds was very concerned with my injury and post conditions. He wants to know exactly what is going on and where my injury is at in the recovery process. That means a lot to me.

Dr. Reynolds was extremely caring towards myself and he extended courtesy to my mom. I was the patient, but he took great care in listening to my mom. Hewhen we discussed the pathology of my tumor, he was very professional and reassuring. He made sure I understood everything. One of the best Neurologist I have ever experienced.

He had his own opinion and would not listen. He decided my husband did not have Parkinson\'s after he met him for 5 minutes. He\'s been diagnosed for a year. when I tried to explain my husbands medical conditions he cut me off and would not listen. he ran tests that sre not approved by the FDA do what is the point. I don\'t understand what he was trying to prove. my husband has a kidney Dr a very good one. I need a neurologist and I will find one. just not him. he was aggressive and dismissive and we are too old for that.

In the exam room, Dr. Reynolds appears to ignore questions or comments until he has reviewed case notes. Perhaps it would be better if he refreshed his memory in his office prior to greeting the patent.
