At Baylor Scott & White Virtual Urgent Care Clinic, we care for patients ages 24 months and up. Our fully-credentialed and employed Baylor Scott & White Health providers are pleased to provide virtual care to any patient in the state of Texas 24 hours a day, seven days a week, through video visits and e-Visits.
Baylor Scott & White Virtual Urgent Care is open most holidays. Please check MyBSWHealth for available appointments with our on-call providers.
A video visit is a face-to-face virtual appointment with our on-call providers using a camera-enabled device. Visits are billed as a standard office visits and can be used to treat a range of common conditions from the comfort of your home. Here’s how to schedule:
- Download the MyBSWHealth app and create or sign in with an existing account.
- Under Get Care, select Schedule Now, then select Video Visit, and click on the “On-Call Provider” tab to find an available Baylor Scott & White on-call provider.
- Before your appointment, complete eCheck-In in the MyBSWHealth app. Once finished, the “Launch Visit” button will appear up to five minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
An eVisit is a five-minute telehealth questionnaire process about your symptoms. Once complete, a provider on our team will assess your responses to provide a treatment plan. eVisits are $40, paid at the time of service if not covered by insurance, and have a guaranteed response time of one hour. Here’s how to complete an eVisit:
- Download the MyBSWHealth app and create or sign in with an existing account.
- Under Get Care, select Schedule Now, then eVisit and complete the short evaluation of your symptoms.

Baylor Scott & White Virtual Urgent Care Clinic offers expertise and treatment options from the comfort of your home for ages 24 months and up.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911. We do not treat major emergencies, such as chest pain, stroke, seizures, difficulty breathing, overdose, etc.
Conditions treated include:
- Respiratory infections, allergies, COVID-19, and flu
- Common female problems (UTI, yeast infection)
- Medication to prevent illness after flu exposure
- Eye, ear, and mouth pain
- Skin and nail concerns
- Refills: EpiPen/asthma inhaler/migraine medicine
- Head lice and tick bites
- Stomach concerns
- Flu prevention and travel medication
- Sprains and strains*
- Low back pain*
- Minor headache*
