Patient Registration and Billing Center

We understand you may be experiencing financial hardship at this time due to business closures and shelter in place orders. We are here to help you.

We have implemented the following changes to our normal billing and collection practices for all patients during the COVID-19 crisis:

  • We will continue to send statements via mail and email on the normal schedule. If you need to have your account(s) temporarily placed on hold, please contact our Customer Service department Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. via phone or online chat.
  • Our Medicaid Eligibility Representatives can assist you by phone with questions regarding Medicaid eligibility and pending Medicaid Applications.
  • For patients currently on a payment plan that need a change to the original arrangement, please contact our Customer Service department Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. . If your payment plan is with Clear Balance please contact them at 888.334.4022.
  • For patients needing financial assistance, please contact our Customer Service department Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Depending on your circumstance, we may be able to qualify you instantly over the phone.

Pre-registration

The pre-registration process assists us in preparing for your visit, saving you valuable time during the day of your test or surgical procedure.

Please note if your physician requires pre-admission testing (PAT) or pre-operative testing or if you are not sure, you should speak with a pre-admission/pre-operative testing nurse at the facility where your procedure is scheduled to determine if an assessment is necessary.
