Chiropractic medicine
Baylor Scott & White employs Doctors of Chiropractic in an effort to lead a progressive, non-surgical treatment approach to pain and musculoskeletal conditions. Working in conjunction with the departments of Surgery and Medicine, our chiropractors perform a complete history and physical examination prior to establishing an appropriate treatment plan. Our providers collaborate closely with their patients’ medical teams to support coordination of care.
Services include:
- Spinal manipulation/mobilization—variety of gentle techniques utilizing the doctor’s hands to reduce joint restriction and restore normal range of motion to the spine
- McKenzie method—assessment and treatment protocol aimed to promote self-directed treatment, reduce fear of movement, and enhance quality of life
- Myofascial release—gentle form of stretching designed to release the uneven tightness in injured tissue that surrounds the body’s muscles
- Biomechanical movement analysis and screening
- Active release technique (ART)
- Graston technique (GT)
- Fascial distortion model (FDM)
- Functional and kinetic treatment with rehab (FAKTR)
- Exercise prescription and rehabilitation
Endocrinology
Our endocrinologists provide consultation, diagnosis, and management of endocrine and metabolic diseases. Endocrine disorders involve the body's over or underproduction of certain hormones, while metabolic disorders affect the body's ability to process certain nutrients and vitamins.

- Make a one-time payment without registering by selecting the "Pay a Bill as a Guest" option.
- Enroll or login to your MyBSWHealth account to view account balances and statements, set up a payment plan or enroll in paperless statements.

Pay by mail
To ensure that your payment is correctly applied to your account, detach the slip from your Baylor Scott & White billing statement and return the slip with your payment. If paying by check or money order, include your account number on the check or money order.
Please mail the payment to the address listed on your statement.

Pay by phone
Call 1.800.994.0371 to make a payment. Payments can be made over the phone with our automated phone payment system 24 hours a day, seven days a week. All payments made via the automated phone payment system will post the next business day.
If you need to speak to someone about a Baylor Scott & White bill from our hospitals or clinics, our Customer Service department can take payments over the phone from Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
