1. Participation in the Baylor Scott & White Health premium ice chest give away (the “Promotion”) constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules. The Sponsor is Baylor Scott & White Health, 2001 Bryan St., Suite 750, Dallas, TX 75201. All decisions related to, and interpretation of, these Official Rules by Sponsor will be final. 
2. Open to Texas residents age 18 and up. Employees (including immediate family and household members) of Sponsor and its affiliates are not eligible. Eligibility subject to compliance with these Official Rules 
3. Enter for a chance to win by texting "Dragons" or "Chargers" to 469.264.8332. Limit one entry per person. Unintelligible entries and entries without valid or current contact information for the entrant will be disqualified. Entries must be received by Sponsor prior to 11:59 P.M. (CST) on 10/30/2019 (the “Deadline”). Sponsor reserves the right to modify the Promotion in the event of any fraud, technical failure or other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs Sponsor's ability to properly conduct the Promotion. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded for any reason, even if more prizes are claimed as a result of any error or erroneous notification that any participant is a winner. 
4. Potential winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries promptly after the Deadline. If a potential winner is not eligible or cannot be reached within ten (10) days of notification, he or she will be disqualified. If potential winner or winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will promptly select a new potential winner using the same method until the prize is awarded. 
5. One prize will be awarded consisting of a premium ice chest valued at $249.99. Odds of winning a Prize depends on number of entries received. By participating you agree that any disputes arising under these rules shall be resolved individually, applying Texas law, and without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by a court located in Dallas County, Texas.
