The MetLife Legal Plan provides you, your spouse and your dependents with full covered legal services. No deductibles, no copays, no claim forms. You'll have unlimited access to a network of 18,000 attorneys, for help resolving a variety of legal issues.

New! You now have the option to add parents for caregiving support.

How It Works

The MetLife Legal Plan provides you, your spouse and your dependents with full covered legal services. No deductibles, no copays, no claim forms. You'll have unlimited access to a network of 18,000 attorneys, for help resolving a variety of legal issues, including:

  • Adopting/having children
  • Buying and selling houses or refinancing
  • Consumer/creditor problems
  • Debt collection
  • Divorce
  • Important paperwork review
  • Avoiding bankruptcy/foreclosure
  • Creating a will/estate planning
  • Protecting your rights as a tenant
  • Managing the estate when a spouse or parent dies
  • And other legal matters

Single and family plans are available. Premiums are deducted from your paycheck each pay period, after taxes.
