Here are a few ways you can start saving wisely.

You give your best at work each day, and you deserve the best in return—both now and in the future. That’s why we support your retirement goals through BSW’s contribution to your 401(k). Not only do we support you saving for the future, we encourage it with a dollar-for-dollar match on up to 5% of your eligible pay into your 401(k).

You can enroll in a tax-free account to help pay for eligible medical, dental and vision eligible expenses.

This is a smart way to save money while reducing the amount you pay in taxes, which means more money in your paychecks and tucked away in savings!

The HSA and limited-purpose FSA are available to those enrolled in the HSA Medical Plan. The general-purpose FSA is available to anyone else. For more information, watch these helpful videos .
