Heart and vascular screenings

With early detection, you have the power to reduce your risk of heart disease. Our screening programs work with you to identify potential issues before symptoms appear.
Programs include:

  • Coronary calcium score screening—A quick, low-radiation CT scan that measures calcium buildup in the arteries to detect early signs of heart disease.
  • Genetics Center—Expert genetic testing and counseling designed for those with possible inherited heart conditions.
  • Living for Zachary Heart Screening—A special screening for youth ages 12–22 designed to detect heart abnormalities that may lead to sudden cardiac arrest.

By identifying cardiovascular risk factors early, you can take action to stay heart healthy for life.

Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Maintenance Program

We’re with you for your entire heart-health journey—including after you’ve graduated from rehabilitation. Our maintenance program gives you support to stay active after completing your initial rehab program. Designed for patients—and their spouses—who have finished Phase II cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation, this independent exercise program provides the benefits of a fitness center with the reassurance of having healthcare professionals close by.

Our facility includes Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)–trained staff available for questions and guidance. Whether you’re rebuilding strength or maintaining endurance, you’ll find a safe, supportive environment focused on your ongoing wellness.
