    Call 1.800.994.0371 to make a payment. Payments can be made over the phone with our automated phone payment system 24 hours a day, seven days a week. All payments made via the automated phone payment system will post the next business day.

ATMs

An automated teller machine (ATM) is available near the first floor vending machines near the cafeteria, across from the chapel.

Dining options

Cross Roads Café

Located on the first floor, the new café offers a wide variety of items including a grill station, salad bar and hot entrée specials including a daily healthy entrée option. We also offer an outdoor seating option for guests and nearby parking.

Vending machines

Vending machines can be found on the first floor near the cafeteria, across from the chapel. Vending machines are also located in the Emergency Department lobby and outside the ICU waiting room on the second floor.

Gift shop

The gift shop located on the first floor of the hospital. The gift shop offers a variety of items including jewelry, flowers, greeting cards, candy and toiletries.

Credit cards, local checks and cash are accepted.

You can request copies of your medical records by completing an Authorization for Release of Information form and returning to the facility at which you received care.

Spiritual care

Our Chapel is located on the first floor of the medical center near the cafeteria. It is open 24 hours a day for prayer and quiet reflection.

To speak to a chaplain, please contact your nurse or dial 469.843.4052.

Visitor guidelines

Visits from relatives and friends can play an important part in your recovery; however, they can also be tiring. It is in your best interest that you get all of the rest that you can while in the hospital. If you feel uncomfortable asking people to limit their visits, you might ask a family member or friend to coordinate your visits for you. We do have some requests of our visitors:

  • Baylor Scott & White – Waxahachie is a smoke-free campus and therefore smoking is not permitted in patient rooms or anywhere on our campus.
  • People with colds, sore throats, or flu like symptoms should not visit.
  • We ask that children under 12 be accompanied by an adult at all times, and that all visitors are respectful of all of our other patients.
  • Shirts and shoes are required.
  • Visitors may be asked to leave the room during tests or treatments or when the doctor or nurse needs to see the patient.
  • Visitors seeing a patient in our intensive care unit (ICU) may be asked to limit their visiting time and visit in small groups.
